At Revitalizing Therapies, healing is never one-dimensional. We believe true recovery from depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and related conditions requires more than symptom management—it calls for a return to balance across body, mind, and spirit. That’s why our care doesn’t stop at ketamine, SPRAVATO®, or psychotherapy. It evolves into a holistic lifestyle transformation designed to address the root causes of mental health disruption.
This is the heart of integrative psychiatry: treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
We begin by helping you stabilize—lifting the weight of depression, calming the nervous system, and restoring a sense of mental clarity. Once that foundation is in place, we expand the focus: nutrition, sleep, movement, hormonal balance, and overall lifestyle.
Overlooked imbalances (e.g., thyroid, cortisol, testosterone, estrogen; low B12, Vitamin D, magnesium) often fuel fatigue, brain fog, low mood, poor sleep, weight issues, or reduced libido. Our collaborative approach restores equilibrium to support mental and physical vitality.
This streamlined, biology-based program targets root causes—not just symptoms—for rapid relief and sustained revitalization.-
To bring the highest level of precision and clinical insight to this process, we’ve partnered with trusted functional medicine providers whose protocols are fully integrated into our clinic.
72-Point Lab Draw: To assess underlying nutritional, metabolic, and hormonal imbalances that may be contributing to your mental health challenges.
Lab Review and Treatment:
Vitamin Protocols: Tailored to your lab results and administered at Revitalizing Therapies.
Oral Supplement Recommendations: To support ongoing healing and nutrient balance between visits.
Lifestyle Planning: With practical strategies to enhance sleep quality, improve stress response, and boost metabolic health.
Hormone Therapy: Using bioidentical, personalized interventions as needed to restore hormonal equilibrium.
This isn’t a temporary fix. It’s a structured, step-by-step program designed to build resilience, address root causes, and help you sustain long-term wellness.
Our partners perform all lab draws on-site and interpret your full biomarker panel to develop a customized care plan.
Six weeks after initiating your vitamin and/or hormone protocols, labs are redrawn to track your progress and fine-tune treatment.
For many, chronic stress, medication side effects, and hormonal shifts can lead to stubborn weight gain. Our medically supervised weight loss strategies address the deeper issues behind metabolic imbalance.
We offer:
Unlike restrictive diets, our approach honors the connection between mental health and metabolic health—helping you regain energy, confidence, and stability.
