Direct Pay Model of Care

All ketamine and counseling services at Revitalizing Therapies utilize a direct-pay model. This means our patients should expect to pay for the services they receive in advance or at the time the care is provided. Credit/debit cards, cashier’s checks, and cash are accepted for payments. We will accept checks from established clients. We also have multiple no/low-cost financing options available (see the section below). In addition, if you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), the funds in either of these types of accounts can be used to pay for your treatment plan.

Medicare

Our services are generally not covered by Medicare. However, Medicare-eligible patients can receive the benefit of treatment at Revitalizing Therapies if the patient voluntarily agrees to a private pay contract. This contract states that the patient will not submit medical charges to Medicare for reimbursement. The patient must review and sign the contract prior to scheduling the initial treatment.
